Please Endorse/Support Resolution "Right to Own Propert

The Christian South

The resolution "RIGHT TO OWN PROPERTY "will allow the United Nations to recognize the inalienable right for private citizens to own property.
Two operative clauses are lifted from the "United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights".
This resolution also has provision to recognize eminent domain, which is the right of a government to obtain property for the public good as long as compensation is given. This practice takes place in virtually every real world nation.
The definition of property in this resolution will be in conjuction with all other resolutions passed by the United Nations. This definition was not defined in the resolution as previous resolutions concerning property, free trade and commerence, and the trafficking of humans, have clearly laid out a basis for what can and cannot be construed as legitamate property. The Christian South supports and respects these resolutions.
The United Nations has passed many resolutions pertaining to the individual freedoms, among them the freedom of press and freedom of speech. Now is the time that United Nations recognize not only the rights a person deserves to life and liberty, but also the right own to property.
Please join me in getting this resolution passed.

As capitalist countries already allow such things, indeed, encourage it, one can only assume you are attempting to damage communism, and thus this is not a UN matter.

Ecopoeian land is the property of all citizens equally. I fear that this proposal will render our position untenable.

We disagree with this proposal on the grounds it illegally attempts to wrest the property rights of our citizens by imposing the unethical and immoral, non-existant right of "imminent domain". No free nation may exercize nor endorse the "right" of imminent domain. Governments work for the people and may not own property as such, only rent it from her citizens. The Republic does not recognize Deed in Trust (Deeds to land) only Land Patents.... We have no right to sieze property from our people for any reason whatsoever. Land Patents are eternal and irrevocable, and may only be passed by willing consent between parties. Tekania stands by her stance that the practice of "imminent domain" is an act of fascist imperical power-mongering regardless of the reasoning or compensation provided... And makes the supposed "free" nations who practice such not much different then the socialistic and communistic principles of their opposers....

I'm against this resolution. This will preclude nations from UN participation based solely on their chosen economic system, which is something we should take great pains to avoid.
