Description: I beleive that it is sensless to try and completly get rid of all Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMDs). I propose that we just set some rules of warfare concerning the usage of WMDs.

1) Use of a WMD must be approved by the moderator of the battle.
2) WMDs must only be used in desperate situations during war.
A) Desperate times being that you are on the brink of destruction.
3) Biological WMDs are FORBBINDEN.
A) The is ABSOLUTELY no reason to use biowarfare.
4) The only types of WMDs that will be allowed are the following.
A) Nuclear Bombs.
A1) Atomic Bombs.
A2) Hydrogen Bombs.
A3) Nuetronic Bombs.
B)Particle Cannon.
5) Only one WMD is to be allowed per war.
6) The Atomic and Hydrogen Bombs must only be used if the user nation is going for complete obliteration.

The following are rules that are to be used if a nation, or region if applies, uses a WMD without permission from the battle moderator.

1) If the nation or region uses a WMD incorrectly they will be put courtmarshalled on counts of:
A) Incorrect usage of WMD.
A1) No permission was given by battle moderator.
B) Mansluaghter.
B1) Charged for every person that was killed by the WMD.
2) The nation or region will no longer be allowed to build or have WMDs and will be under tight surveillance.

I hope that the rules of WMD warfare that I have stated above please everyone.

Agreed, game mechanics, so it'll get deleted.

Secondly, it relies on roleplay as well, since war is not actually part of the game.

It may be a game mechanics proposal, but it raises a valud point in itself. Although Mattikistan believes in the total abolishion of weapons of mass destruction, we recognise the near impossibility of that at this time. We also recognise the potential benefits just holding these weapons can have. If fear is the only method of keeping nations from war, then fear it must be.
There should be some level of restrictions placed on weapons of mass destruction though. Preferably, there should be limitations placed on how many such weapons a nation can hold. For example, there is no need whatsoever for a nation to possess sufficient nuclear weapons to oliterate the entire planet several times over. And nations should be banned from using these weapons unless totally and absolutely necessary.
