I have just created a new reigon (Marco Polo) and I have no delegate. I was wondering if either someone from the U.N. or Myself can be said delegate. Telegram me please. My country is China1999. Thankyou. ^.^ :D

Regional delegates are decided by who has the most endorsements in a region. You must be a member of the UN to receive or give endorsements. If you region has only one country, there can be no delegate.
You can however join the UN, so long as you do not already have a nation in the UN. You must submit an application to the UN, that includes an email address. You will receive a telegram notifying you of admittance, followed within 24 hours an email to confirm your admittance.
