Banning of Cloning

I think that Cloning should be made illegal. People shouldn't be cloning each other. How would you feel if you were a cloned child and you grew up thinking that you were your own person only to find that you were a clone of someone else. That's not right. I think we should ban it.

That is a poor arguement. It is based entirely on how you "feel".

Besides, what is the international justification for this? Is there one? Or are you going to base this all on how you "feel" about something?

Should the UN go about giving you a cookiee too? I'm sure that will make you "feel" better. We can give one to every small child that is about to cry ... maybe that would make people feel "right".

You don't see my nation telling your people to like read books instead of watching too much television. You also don't see my nation telling your people to keep away from organized religion (which in the history of mankind have encouraged / supported uncounted wars and state-sponsored campaigns of murder). But of course, let's not think about going after social problems that actually kill people. No, let's worry about doing something "right" that will make our thought-police in Celebrities feel better. Heaven forbid some of the rest of us share a different opinion and enact independent domestic laws on what is essentially a religious or feel good proposal!

Please, feel free to ban cloning -- in Celebrities.

Just make sure to keep your domestic law where it belongs, outside of the UN.
