Right now the proposal to ban the death penalty exists twice.. mine was first so either we agree to have one removed (mine or yours, considering that mine existed earlier, it is fair to remvoe yours ;)) or we keep both and try to get either or both approved.. which might be more difficult considering that it is already very hard to get one proposal to ban this cruel punishment, approved for consideration.
