Hello. I am a regional delegate so you may think i'm stupid! My problem is that i'm not sure where to find new proposals and support them. Isn't this what delegates are meant to do?
I am not a delegate by would think if you go the United Nations Page then find the proposals section, normally after the resolution currently being voted on. There you will find some links regarding proposals and I assume if you click on the list proposals option you should be able to approve from there on.

Plus, if the nation which submitted the proposal is determined enough, they'll probably spend time sending messages to you begging to endorse x or y.
