Equal Rights for Non-Humans
A resolution to improve worldwide human and civil rights.

Description: RECOGNIZING that many nations are ignored or "seen as a joke" because the majority of their population are not human beings;
ALARMED that non-humans are often regarded as inferior by humans;
CONCERNED that non-humans are often banned from working in countries, or even banned from entering some countries;
DEEPLY CONCERNED that no "non-human rights act" already applies.
Moozimoo proposes a resolution that affords the same basic rights to all non-humans that are currentley applied to humans, under The Universal Bill of Rights, passed by the UN on August 8th 2003. We hope members of the UN will remember the BioRights Decleration, passed by the UN on May 6th 2004, which applied basic human rights to all cloned and/or engineered persons, when voting on this proposal.
