I was going through all the listed proposals in the UN area and cannot for the life of me figure out how to endorse a proposal. Can someone give me a hand figuring this out, I'm new to this game and still trying to figure some things out.

Only UN Delegates can endorse proposals. You can however submit a Proposal as long as you have 2 or more UN Endorsements from nations of your region.
