please read and endorse my proposal, at the time of writing it was on page 7 of the proposal list. With a proposal such as this, it would be a shame for it to not pass imply because not enough people read it. If its not on page 7, type "child" in the search, it will show up.
I think this belongs in the U.N. forum, though.
