President Vibius Rufius - "Nominaen needs weapons... for defensive reasons of course. We are in no immediate danger, but many nations have been having blockades put on them recently and these problems are becoming more common. Nominaen has come to the aid of many of these nations and I feel that is may put Nominaen in some danger. Simply, our arms are not up to date!"
Nominaen is asking for advanced weapons including, but not limited to, tanks, helicopters, jet fighters, and small arms.
