Dear U.N Delegates,
I am appealing for you to endorse this proposal as for too long now learner drivers have been clogging the roads by driving much lower than the speed limit says, I am not calling for the ban on learner drivers, but please take a look and if you agree please endorse it.

I am willing to answer any questions that you may have on the matter, so please, do not hesitate to ask.

That is a national issue and nothing more than.

Some countries start driving earlier than others. The problem with clogged roads is not younger drivers but rather too many drivers, and in some cases too many older drivers who shouldnt still be driving.

Interesting, I barely got my driver's license because I sped so much during the driving school. 8)

Exactly. Please take this idea to the "Got Issues" forum and draft a problem statement and a few solutions.

okiely dolkiely, we shall do that, its just that now i believe 90% of proposals could be described as `national `issues` gambling...nuclear proliferation. prostitution, gun laws etc.
