A resolution to restrict civil freedoms in the interest of moral decency.

Description: This proposal will give insurance company's, religious organizations and businesses the legal rights to refuse coverage or not provide coverage at all on contraceptions.
It should be noted that sex is a choice and with choice comes responsibility which may be the financial cost of providing your own contraception.
This act will:
Give insurance company's the legal rights to refuse coverage on contraception.
Give religious organizations and company's the right to refuse this type of coverage
Interesting proposal, i don't suppirt it but does anyone else.
