Anti-Nuclear Proliferation Resolution

I ask those out there, is this resolution truly valid? If these liberal UN delegates take away these weapons we will be defenseless. Instead of resigning, all those who are in opposition of this resolution must fight to the end to oppose it. The person who propsed this resolution OBVIOUSLY believes in a completely pacifistic world-ain't gonna happen. I, as a representative of the Military Department of the Region of Nippon, make this statement as a warning: We, the Military Government of Nippon, will at any effort, even if we are UN members resist this resoloution will all our power, will continue to stockpile and create WMD as a chess piece in our military. I promise this- I threaten mass invasion and nuclear strikes at those who seek to impose this rule upon the people of Nippon. Mark my words. The motto of my nation is based upon this quote which represents my policy:

"Let him who desires peace prepare for war."
-Flavius Vegetius Renatus (~375 AD), De Rei Militari

Those of you who stand with me now remember this, As close as we are today, tomorrow when we come back from that battlefield, we will be as close as two men can possibly be, sharing a bond that can only be forged in the face of imminent disfigurement. We few, we happy few, we band of brothers. For he today that sheds his blood with me shall be my brother.
