Hey I have sent many proposals to the UN, and the mods have removed all of them. This is the only one that actually has any potential, so if you could, please have your regional delegates endorse it. I have been trying so hard for this, so thanks. Here it is:

Description: This resolution will hereby establish UN sponsored research of weapons of mass destruction that instead of using explosions, they replace that city or area with a lush, green forest and a dense population of organisms. This will reduce the risk of nuclear fallout while still retaining that massive amount of destruction that so many nations crave.
