While we are sitting here making no nuclear arms, the rest of the world is. IF we decide to stop the making of bombs I must say that as a short lived member of the UN I must leave it. I will not allow my country to sit back and be mutilated. The world is not perfect and that is why we need nuclear force, we must vote down this bill, to protect us...and protect who cannot be protected.
