All delegates should check out the proposal called A time of terrorism. It shows how The United States was attacked by terrorism and any nation could be next. I did not post this proposal because I am American, I am not, I'm Canadian and I don't want my friends and family getting hurt.

A resolution to improve world security by boosting police and military budgets.

Description: It is a time a terrorism, many terrorists are trying to kill citizens in UN countries. The United States has already been attacked. Who's next? Canada? England? It could be anybody. We need to increase police and military budgets. It's just money and it's worth it to increase the security of our people. What does it take to get you to protect our Men, Women, and Children. Terrorists will stop at nothing to destroy our lives. No one suspected an attack when Hitler tried to take over the world but the next evil dictator won't be so lucky.
This is not the RL UN. Many NS nations have no terrorist problem.
Um, nobody suspected Hitler would attack? Apart from, y'know, everybody in the western world?
