Decentralisation
I ask to all Regional UN delegates to back my proposal on Decentralisation. You can find it on page 16 of UN proposals. The proposal is to stop corruption and bureaucracy and to have the citizens involved more in politics. Thank you for your support.

As outlined in Rights and Duties, the UN is not allowed to interfere with the government form of its members.
It doesn't intervene with the governments form. It is just supporting countries in decentralizing the gornment to local level. It doesnt actually say governments must have one form of government, nor does it force governments to decentralize. It just supports is.

Description: For citizens to participate more in political life and to prevent corruption and bureaucracy, I find it very important for nations to decentralize the power of their government to regional and local level. Every province should form their own provincial parlement where decessions can be taken over provincial matters and the Provincial Authorities can be controlled, in co-ordence with the Trias-Politica. Also the authority of the City should be controlled by an City-Commities formed by the Prominent City Inhabitens.
These are all to enhance the participation of our citizens in politics and thereby stepping closer to realize an democratic nation.

What if a nation's goal is to be the unchecked ruler of the nation? Then nope. Actually, governmental levels will probably increase bureaucracy.

Actually, governmental levels will probably increase bureaucracy.
That's why we're a happy Empire. (Although the description of my country says I've a "large, corrupt government")

In effect, this is interfering in many government styles, a short list of which would include (but is not limited to):
Dictatorships; autocracies; monarchies; empires; oligarchies; aristocracies; stratiocracies; theocracies; hieracracies.
Therefore I find your claim that this would not interfere in governing style quite odd.
