Everyone is free to join the region Leftia, if they support New Norvegia as an UN Delegate, with endorsing New Norvegia. We are region primary for social-democratic, socialist, peace-loving and other states with leftist symphaties. But if you are begging nice, maybe you can join anyway.

The UN Forum is not, I repeat not a place for region advertisements (usually referred to as region pimping here). Gameplay is the place to do this.
