Since changing the past is aperently not posible & becouse of the horrible resolutions that have been presented latly, lets take care of the future.

I propose to put up a resolution which alowes only to pass resolutions which are +- correctly structured.
By that I mean that they will have to have at least 5 Introduction paragrafs & 5 executives.

Also a 60% yes vote to pass it wouldn´t be to bad.

Quantity isn't quality and this would involve a change in game mechanics.

Even if you could do this, it would simply lead to people filling in spare paragraphs with junk. Some things don't actually need 5 arguments to back them up and 5 instructions to implement them.

This proposal is against the rules because it wants to change game mechanics. Read the announcement.
