Abortion is a sexist practice ignoring the rights of the male. It gives the woman not only the right to her own body and body of an unborn child but the right to violate the body of the man who fathered the child.

This is a travesty!!!

A man should not be forced into parental association and fatherhood against his will. That is why I propose a motion to be drafted that grants all males an equivalent to abortion, the right to disown and disassociation.

A man has a right to his own body and the resources that body can produce through labor (work) for his own survival and livelihood. Any forced parental duties will effectively steal him of those resources and basically violate his body.

Another thing, If a woman has the right to decide the ultimate fate of an unborn child then she should have the only and ultimate responsibility for that child since bringing into the world is ultimately her decision. And since it is her decision she must take care of it solely.

This act will apply to every child conceived out of wedlock. Any child born out of wedlock will be DNA tested at birth and compared to the genetic profile of possible fathers. The father, if found, will be given 90 days to make a decision from his signature of a document proving his knows of the child's existence. This document will be served and signed in the presence of a court appointed person. After this, his parental duties will be enforced if he does not sign or reply.

If the child is conceived in wedlock but is a result of an adulterous affair the child will be DNA tested at birth and woman's husband will be given a document absolving him of all parental duties if the child is not of her husband. The genetic father will be given 90 days to choose to take parental responsibilities from his signature on a document which he will be served by a court appointed person.

It occurs to me that we need more parental responsibility, not less. That and we on Daryn beleive a child needs two parentss to mature properly. Allowing the father of a child to 'conceve and run' would not appeal to the majority of the citizens of this country.

If the woman is ready to make the ultimate decision about her body and the fate of the baby then she should be the only one to be liable for it. IF SHE CARRIES IT, IF SHE GROWS IT IN THE WOMB, and IF SHE GROWS IT TO TERM THEN SHE KEEPS IT!!! MAN SHOULD NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR HER DECISION!!!

Forcing a man into fatherhood is like making an architect or the Home Depot pay your property taxes and the maintenance of your house just because you got materials for your house from them.

Look, face it, the world is sexist. Just deal with it. Most things are sexist towards women, since traditionally they have been viewed as the "weaker" sex, so now they are turning it around and giving women far more rights than men.

The same applies to many minority groups too, it is simply a fact of life. And since all the members of the UN on this website are all people living in the real world, they live with it, why do we need to change it on here? It simply won't happen...

However just so this is more on topic, I agree with the original poster, but since I'm against abortion anyways (except in the cases of rape or medical complication for the woman) so it's really not important to me.

Men will eventually wise up to this. It's only a matter of time. Once the pro-lifers die off, this will come up.

The religious right and the feminazis both fear this. It's like trying to climb two deserts. But it will eventually happen.

Come on, forced male parental duties are B.S. Abortion by itself is B.S. Abortion will eventually need to checked and males will finally be given their natural rights back.

In nature, male parental association is almost non-existant. Very few male mammals take up the parenting duties. Being a father has always been voluntary, not mandatory.
