I'd like to apolagize for my use of the word 'retarded'. I didn't appreciate the possible offense people would take at my use and since I've offended people, I'm sorry.

The point does remain; however, the U.N. has become a rubber stamp. I'm sure some resoultions havn't passed, but since Ive been a part of nation state's UN, not ONE has. That is true, and we've voted on about 8-9. So, let the discussion please frame around THAT issue, please

If anything just apologize for sounding retarded.

Personally, I believe that the reason so few proposals get voted down is because the majority of bad ideas never get the delegate support needed to reach the floor.
