Has anyone noticed that all UN rsolutions past the ballot. Every time people accept the Resolution in general. I dont want to be nagging, but I think its because the voting system is wrong and the resolutions making procedure isnt good. I suggest, the 3 states with the largest population have a veto. Also resolutions procedure should have a beginnning phase end an ending phase. Like in the first phase, we have the option to change and adopt the resolution. In the second phase we should have the option to accept or reject the Resolution. I really think it needs a change. Any other ideas on this. Looking forward to your replies.
