Leisure area noise laws
A resolution to restrict civil freedoms in the interest of moral decency.

Category: Moral Decency
Strength: Significant
Proposed by: The Lines
Description: We find that in some of our countries some leisure areas are causing much damage and trouble to neighbours.
We suggest that all places such as, bars, pubs, discos, and other places in where loud music is played to be moved to special sites where no neighbours can be disturbed.
In this way we would avoid disturbing workers who have te get up early, sick people who need rest, children who also need rest and calmness, an also other problems such as broken glasses and bottles, empty coca cola bottles, litter, rubbish amounting on the streets.
It would also be benficial for the users of the leisure areas, who would find everything near and not have to walk far distances from one place to another, and also ilegal alcohol or drug sales would me esasier to control, as all would be concentraded in one place.
Night buses could be put on service, so people wouldn't hace to use their cars and avoid traffic jams in the area, and make it easier for people to get there.
We strongly think it would be a winner for every big city.
National issue.

This could even be described as a municipal or district problem, couldn't it?
