No ... having their hands cut off ... and their eyes gouged out. Can't type or read - though, the truly creative ones would find a way around that - in which case, an air bubble injected into the carotid artery (nothing like an air embolism) to ruin someone's day. :tantrum:

Life imprisonment eh? You think too small! If we are going to punish those wicked, utterly unforgivable transgressors, why stop at life imprisonment? We should rig up a system where we can keep them in a state of constant pain and suffering. Consider this: We chain them to tables, overinnervate them with drugs, and then cover them in angry, genetically mutated electric eel/scorpion/Volkswagen Passat hybrids that will slowly electricute/sting/roomy interior them to death. Yea...that ought to teach 'em!
*I stare at the mold floating on top of a two-week-old glass of juice sitting on the desk in front of me*
Yea...that would rule.

There is a national issue which deals with spam. I got it last night. I can't remeber what the choices were. One was banning it, another was allowing it, and I think another was restricting it and taxing it.

Dealing with spam has to been done at a global level. Riversland government can imprisonment it's citizen from sending spam but they not prevent it citizens been inundated from spam from other countries.
How about a modified position of 50 years imprisonment to sending spam?
What is freedom of speech go to do with the sending of spam?
Kill the spammers plain and simple, It'll be better without 'em.

If you're going to target spam, you might as well target telemarking, which is the same concept.

Telemarking is a national issue. It would cost too much for Telemarketers to make international calls

Not true. Telemarketing takes place all over the world, and the United Nations is a body dealing with the world.
