I noticed that the topinc regarding the "BNP" was locked, which isn't the question I need to bring to you.

Is the system automated with regards to submitting proposals or does a paerson actually "read" it before allowing the Delegates to vote?

If someone actually DOES read it, then why didn't they dump it before allowing it to become a proposal for the Delegates to vote on?

I'm not the least bit upset mind you, I just wanted to understand the system so no future topics I post will be locked.

When you submit a proposal, it goes straight into the proposal list.
It's up to us mods to pick out the ones that aren't allowed.

Okay, that's cool. Sorry for posting that other topic that wasn't allowed.

I assumed (I know...I know) that because it was allowed to be a proposal that it was allowed to be discussed and voted on by the Delegates.
