Why do few Delegates vote for your proposal? Here's why...

As a Delegate, I am tasked with adding my regions approval to proposals.

Many people wonder why several "good" proposals are only supported by 5-20 Delegates. I can't speak for the others, but here is my personal position(s).

1) I may love the proposal, but if there isn't a clear and defining way to impliment it, then it's pretty much wasted time.

2) Many proposals are great in theory, but in the real world, it's just unrealistic. I mean whoever submitted a proposal so that beer companies should give 10% of their product to the poor is just being silly.

3) Research has not been done to establish if there is already a proposal passed on this issue.

I'm not meaning to come across as a jerk, but for those considering legislation please try to clear up these areas I've noted.

Respectfully,

I've found a lot of proposals that have terrible spelling and grammar. As a result, I won't vote for it, unless it is really important or good, besides the previously mentioned problems.
