A couple of days ago, after the 40H.W.W. passed, the next proposal in line for the floor was the Genocide Act. Last I saw, it had 80 approvals and was fast approaching resolution status. All of a sudden, it has disappeared from the radar. It doesn't strike me as the type of resolution to be removed by a mod, so does anyone know what happened to it?
