Capital punishment can be for good or evil.
For good this could cause a low area of crime in the UN nations.
Will this could also have problems with the peoples reaction to capital punishment.
I believe this should be should be talked about in the UN nations.

Jurisdictions have found that crime rates have dropped after they STOPPED executing people. If you want lower crime, eliminate the death penalty. It is not a deterrent.

By Eck, for most folk, living in our capital IS capital punishment. If tha means bumping folk off, then no, we're not into that..sorry.
