This proposal is way too vague. Please do not vote for it. Over 50% of my nations commercial farmers grow tobacco as either an additional crop or a sole crop. Therefore a ban might be disastrous to my nation's economy.
My nation has some 400,000 commercial farmers. They need their livelihood protected. Thank you.

Wow, isn't this a wonderful proposal.
Problems we wish to state:
1. Medical drugs can easilly become recreational ones.
2. Said medical drugs are addictive.
3. Some parts of drug producing plants are of use (i.e. hemp)
4. What about contries with legal recreational drugs.

Ha ha ha ha ha.
1. DECLARES illigal all kinds of crops which may in any way transform into addictive recreational and harmful drugs.

You know what this would ban? Wheat, barley, potatoes, grapes, corn... yes kids, you guessed it, they're all crops that can be turned into alcohol, addiction to which kills more than all the illegal narcotics put together.

Good thing it'll never pass, or we'd all starve to death.

Geeez, reminds me of that right to life one, which basically meant any living organism down to cellular level was protected. Though I may have the name wrong. Eh.

What surprises me is that Tactical Grace endorsed it. Surely he's been around long enough to know better.

When I read the proposal the first time, on the proposal list, I wondered who on earth would actually vote for it. Obviously someone have.

This kind of vague proposals are bound to backfire, and the writer obviously has not considered the far reaching implications of this ever being passed.

Previous eradication efforts have damaged harmless crops, impoverished innocent farmers, and caused illness for large civilian population due to rotenone poisoning and to other unnamed chemicals.

This proposal is even more vauge than the already passed resolution on Euthanasia.

The Free Republic of Lamoni agrees that the proposal in question is poorly written, and will support efforts to defeat it.
