Brokering a deal with the UN
President Hendrik Rhodes wishes to discuss possible deals with the UN. Seeing as I am now a member. I wish to assure the continued existence of my Apartheid FWS. I will in exchange for a UN Guarantee not to seek to harm my FWS or my Apartheid that I will bring the army, the militia, the reservists etc under control and keep them from attacking along the border. Furthermore I will evacuate the majority of white "squatters" who are living on the black side of the border in violation of international law.
I will also guarantee that the army will not enter into the black provinces unless it is deemed necessary by the FWS cabinet, the FWS parliament, and myself.
