Its actually trurly easily to bypass any of those propodsals:
#1 End slavery
Call them indentured servants, thus they are not slaves. You do not "buy" or "purchase" instead you acquire.
#2 Sexual Freedom
Its a matter of the Goivernmwent not the state. Thus that proposal is worth less than the paper its written on.
#3 The Child Protection Act
Within their jurisdiction is kinda strange wording...
#4 Universal Bill of Rights
You can say because they are prisoners/terrorist, they have no rights. People who have been in jail lose many rights such as voting, etc. Same with US Terrorist with the Patriot Act. Terroist losely translated according to Patriot Act means viewing a website that mentions terrorists or giving to a charity that is connected whether you knew it or not.
#5 Wolfish Convention on POW
Easy treat them all equal except on different criteria such as hair color because its not mentioned.

Now I wouldn't do such a thing, but it is possible for the Fascist to join if he uses his head.

The Confederated City States of Mikitivity (CCSM) will stand with Libertis and economic boycot this trolling nation, in accordance with existing UN law.

The appropriate way to deal with this *may* be to consider drafting a UN resolution reiterating the concepts of equality and urging (not requiring) boycots for nations that don't adhere to these basic human rights.

We won't attack you, we just won't stop certain citizens of ours from using your citizens for their needs.

Also, do not threaten Callisdrun with any of those weapons of yours. Bio-weapons do not work very well in Callisdrun, due to climate. We guarentee that we have weapons that far surpass in horror those of your nation. Most of them were designed at least partly to be as sadistic as possible, so much so that though we are currently involved in a war (not with you) we still are reluctant to use them. If you committ an act of war against our nation, horror and defeat are words much too light to express what will happen to your nation. Genocide would be a more appropriate term.

However, our government will not attack, blockade or otherwise seek to injure your nation other than loudly condemning your policies. Have a nice day.

I'm sorry, I have no clue what you mean by those.

That might work for the US in RL, but unfortunately this is the NSUN and you're not allowed to pretend its laws don't exist. The Fair Trial rulings pretty much rule out that possibility.
