Too many people in UN that don't participate

Its getting to a point where 6% of the vote for a proposal, is too many votes. Although it seems like nothing, because it is nothing, there are too many people on the UN not doing anything, therefore no proposals can get enough votes to move on to a resolution. My proposal is for people who are not active within 30 days lose UN status, in order to keep the people really playing able to make decisions.
I agree, but this goes against the rules about making changes in game mechanics.

(OOC)I am going to have to concur I would like to suggest that on every resolution there be three options or equivilants (Yes, No, Abstain) and any nation that fails to select at least one of these for more then 3 resolutions be auto ejected from the UN for inactivity.
i myself have a strong pet-peeve for inactivity, but i though usually mods search the game for inactive members anyway abit like some online games on how if you are arent active for a certain your account is disabled, more inactivity will result in account deletion.

I suppose suggestions for rule changes go to the Technical forum?
If this ends up there, I agree with both the "abstain" option and the 30-day limiy. If a nation is inactive for 28 days they're deleted, so a similar limit for delegate action seems fair.
Put this proposal up and we will vote for it. :)

I'm not in the UN, nor am I a mod, but putting up such a proposal will get you kicked out of the UN.
