More on what `BioRights Declaration' does NOT mean...

His Holiness the Governor-General would further like to make mention of the provisions for the identified people within the BioRights Declaration.

The BioRights Declaration asserts those identified as `clones' and `genetically engineered' persons as being equal to the rights of everyone else. His Holiness asserts this proposal does not grant to the identified persons rights greater than anyone else.
His Holiness understands this to be a positive step in the correct direction, and would remind the participants that this proposed legislation will not, by itself, create an `atomic race of aryan supermen'.

His Holiness again cautions the participants to include within their debate at least some kernel of logic.

This is a point of moderation. Why didn't you post in the biorights thread? You created 2 new threads to add posts to a topic already under discussion.

Next time your reading a thread click 'post reply' and not the button 'new thread'. Thankyou.

Why didn't you post in the biorights thread?

Because a structured debate required a message fork, not the continuance of the message chain.

You created 2 new threads to add posts to a topic already under discussion.

That was the desired action.

Next time your reading a thread click 'post reply' and not the button 'new thread'. Thankyou.

Next time a new chain (these are not `threads' in the conventional [NNTP] sense) needs to be created I will click the `new thread' button. Your welcome.

But I clearly covered the points you made in your 2 posts in my last post in the original thread. And because I was fixing the focus of the original thread there was no need for you to create 2 new threads. For starters they are not 'forks' because you intend on correcting how the issue was being addressed. How does creating an alternate discussion fix the previous discussion?
