thereby decrease human rights abuses.

This is one resolution, I'm happy to say, that doesn't have a dictator's chance in a spiderhole of passing.

POINT OF ORDER:

I believe this proposal is in violation of rule #4 of the NS-UN 'Real-Life Proposals'. I ask that investigative action be made into the nature of the rule and it's relation to this proposal.

Certainly an interesting idea..... I must be dense, but I'm having a very hard time seeing how restoring Saddam Hussein to power is going to decrease human rights abuses. Maybe we should resurrect Joseph Stalin and restore him to power, you know, to improve human rights. Hopefully you don't believe what you wrote in real life 8)

While we're at it, let's resurrect Adolf Hilter too! That will certainly cut down on human right's abuses everywhere. :tantrum:

What is this "Iraq" and who is this "Saddam" you speak of?

(Not only does this intrusively bring real life into the game world, but it also mandates a temporary and one-time act when the NationStates UN resolutions have a permanent character. It is analogous to impeaching a president or budgetting money by making an amendment to the constituion.)
