Many of the people here apparently do not read the stickies, so I will now say this:

Before you submit something, make sure it hasn't already been passed. I makes my job of writing the World Body Act much harder, in addition to being a waste of time.

Just a friendly reminder.

in a perfect Nationstates game... everyone would read the forum before voting... Resolutions would be complete and makes sense... and people would not keep resubmitting passed resolutions just so they can get the "good" ticks in the "good" collumn.

(sigh)

While I'm at it, I also would like a million dollars and a pony. A pink one.
