Simple question.

I like sex. Especially when it involves another person.

How can anyone say no? It's a natural and beautiful act between two (or even three) people who are in love.

Well I'd say It should be aloud for anyone consenting (by our law it's quite fuzzy but basically if two 14 year olds want to they can but a age gap of more then 5 years when one is under 16 would be illegal) but because that isn't an option I just won't click 'no'.

To be fair you've just pointed out that no one would have to watch. It's like having sex on TV; if you don't want to watch then don't, if you do want a little peek then go right ahead.

OK, if we needed a good reason why public sex should be illegal, it doesn't get any more convincing. Bags, wrinkles and all...well, let's just say that should be kept behind closed doors. And finally, what about some of the heftier members of society? Let's face it, the people having sex aren't always going to be body beautiful--so for all those who thought this would amount to free porn, you're sadly mistaken. Sex is for man and wife IN PRIVATE.

why is this being asked... is there going to be a resolution banning sex? I for one allow sex because it's necessary for species survival.

however, I do have guidelines...

you must be over 18 (tries to lower high school dropouts and teenage pregnancy)

Displays of Nudity (stripping), Intercourse and groping is done in private (not in public view)

Displays of affection is allowed in public (hugging, kissing, dancing, holding hands, descrete fondling is allowed as long as it's not blatently done in public)

Marrage is between a man and a woman

Anything else is considered a life-partner contract (same privalages as marrage, Religious approval not necessary.)

Old people are gross and can't have kids anymore so waht good are they?

What are you thinking?! It should be allowed for anyone who is legally married, no matter what the age. You know what happens without sex? Human race --> extinct.

Some of you seem to be missing the "in public" part.

It bothers me a little that there's no option on this for "no, sex in public should continue to be discouraged" other than because sex is inherantly vile and disgusting.

There's nothing inherantly disgusting about the act, but there's a time and a place. The middle of the park where 4 year olds are playing isn't it.

Although you are right, I'm skimming the rules by technicallity. the term Marrage is held sanctocect by the religious orders in my Nation. To keep them happy, the 'Marrage' between anyone else other than One Man and One Woman is termed (by my nation) as being called a "Life-partner contract." not as romantic on paper, but LPC's can still call it marrage in conversations. They have the same benifits, legal problems, as well as social standings. However, the only difference is that LPC's do not have the approval of ANY Religion in my nation, just in the eyes of my legal and federal entities. (if one of the religious orders will allow them to "Marry" and performs the ceremony, then it will be called Marrage on all legal documentations.) LPC and Marrages can easliy be changed on all legal documents with a simple phone call and faxing of completed forms (marrage approval from religious order or alnument from said order)
