U.N. Delegates only being able to vote on proposals

I think its very stupid to have it to where only U.N. Delegates can vote on proposals. That takes the fun out of being a regular U.N. member. I can understand why they won't let U.N. members vote on proposals but they don't know how hard it is to to become a delegate. So I think they should change that.

It's not that hard. Even I am a delegate.

However, with the amount of utter useless, ill-worded proposals, it is good that there is a system where a proposal needs to be approved by people who have some kind of status. If you want to propose a resulution, or support a proposal, you can contact your regional delegate. That's how it works.

They do let UN members vote on proposals - in the second round. Stick about a bit and see when one comes to quorum.
