You require endorsements from UN nations in your region. You only need one endorsement to become delegate. The person in the region with the most endorsements becomes delegate.

If you are the only UN nation in the region, then you either need to change regions or get other nations to join your region.

Ok, people have been endorsed in my region, etc. Does the current delegate have to resign? When do the endorsements towards other nations take action?

I think this is how it works...

The nation in a region with the most endorsements at the time when the UN is updated (which seems to be in the middle of the night Australian EST) becomes delegate. Anyone else with endorsements keeps them, and can become delegate the next day.

In the event of a tie between two or more nations, the nation that was the delegate satys delegate.

Like I said, that is how I think it works, but I'm not entirely sure. Others might know more, and it's always good to look over the FAQ and the stickies in case you missed anything.
