A white man dressed in White Camo is driving at an alarmingly suspicious speed towards a World Blood Bank Building. He is driving a very very old dodge ram charger. "The back is filled with a barrel of Gaseline and 40 Pounds of C4. "OOC- I will give time for a reaction."

The Nomadic Peoples of The Conjugate Surds have been watching this known terrorist for some time and were prepared to act when the man in white launched his coming attack.

So with a well targeted missile launched from one of its' strategically placed satellite missile banks, the truck was taken out ala Israeli assination style with only minimal civilian losses (3 to be exact - 2 men and 1 child)

Investigations are underway trying to determine the nation from whence this terrorist came.

I don't think that your country of 7 million could do that. It would also have cause more than 3 casualtys.....lets try to be more realistic...(ooc- for example, We see the truck and military police over fire....the truck crashed into a grocery store just before reaching the blood bank....the store was destroyed and hundreds were left dead....)

I think this is a godmod at best, and yes, it should be in International Incidents.

Alerting the UN security forces of the impending attempt of the Bloodbank, police and security forces were sent to deal with the attack. Unfortunately, the intelligence provided by the The Nomadic Peoples of The Conjugate Surds describing the terrorist was wrong and the truck managed to get to the perimeter of the Bloodbank before security forces were able to destroy it with 12 pound shells.

The resulting trauma killed 80 civilians and 15 security forces and another 300 people were injured.

Investigations are underway trying to determine the nation from whence this terrorist came.

We weren't under the impression that the Blood Bank resolution, misguided as it may be, mandated a centralised facility of any kind.

As for the original story's accuracy, well what can you expect from Reuters these days... Just about that level of uselessness when it comes to covering terrorism, or is that "terrorism"?

Here in the Armed Republic of Free Fire Zones, our own UN Region World Blood Bank facility is in a relatively secure civilian building with some armed guards at the entrance to the grounds. Among other common security procedures in the ARFFZ that may or may not be implemented at this facility is the use of low-powered frequency emitters designed to trigger most radio controlled detonators. (For some reason, most terrorist organizations don't trust suicide bombers to explode and on what they consider big and important missions they will include a backup detonation protocol... oops!)

Our own regional advantage, security-wise was demonstrated just last week when some deranged individual walked into a fast food restaurant and started shooting. Three of the individuals already in the restaurant during its lunch rush were armed and responded accordingly. Fatalities were only three, with several more wounded.
