Please support my proposal in the UN, named "R36: Anti-Imperialism Act"

Here are some of the details:

To secure nations' right to self-determination, Resolution 36 imposes the following amendments to preserve the territorial and political sovreignty of all states and to prevent the emergence of both colonial and economic empires.

Amendment I: As regulated by the World Trade Organization and the UN Human Rights Commission, one nation may not control more than 10% of another nation's economy in any form.

Amendment II: One nation may not impose an embargo on another nation if such an embargo has a crippling and marked effect on the well-being of individuals in either nation.

Amendment III: One nation may not embark on "nation-building" or occupy another nation for extended periods of time (over one year) without consent from either the UN Security Council or the majority populace of the occupied nation.

Amendment IV: Any nation holding over 25 million square kilometers of land considered to be a territory or protectorate will be classified as an imperialist power.
Amendment IV(B): States classified as imperialist powers will lose all "preferred trading nation" status in the WTO, risks being subject to economic embargoes, and will be denied any seats in the Security Council, Human Rights Comission, or any other UN sub-committee. Extreme violators of Amendment IV will face military action, decided upon by an emergency UN vote.
Amendment IV(C): Nations imposing embargoes on imperialist states must abide by the regulations stipulated by Amendment II.

Amendment V: Employ independant agencies along with UN agencies to monitor elections in all countries. Such agencies should focus their attention first on whether the election is being influenced in any significant way by a foreign power, second on internal corruption and vote-rigging, and third on voting booth disparities among ethnic and religious groups.
