No chance of getting my support on it - it's overkill, impractical, and pointless. Moreover it is unethical.

If at any time the aid nations strays from the UN regulations any and all aid will be stopped immediately.

I personally think the UN is here to promote humanitarian causes, not force it's ethos on non-members...

If a none UN member country seeks aid from the WFB it will have to agree to abide by all UN regulations as well as agree to join the UN.

Again, nations have the right to choose their own destiny, it should not be forced upon them. We also should not be withholding our aid just because some tinpot dictator won't budge no his policies - the UN and IRCO are here to promote certain values, not take over the world.

This proposal looks to me like a cynical attempt to force nations into the UN, rather than an effort to improve existing emergency aid systems that the UN has set up. I would argue that the UN should not be forcing nations to comply, but instead should be encourgaging them by well-written, well-thought out resolutions, and desisting in the bashing of new member states.

(Raises an eye-brow at the proposal,)

oh, I know why they wrote it - there was that world blood bank, and now nations are going to cash in on the idea and repalce the word blood with others.

Anyone want to sign up to my world haggis bank?

We thought the UN was trying to curb weapons of mass destruction, not promote their proliferation...

VOTE FOR THE RAINBOW SIX RESOLUTION

This will ensure that the world can be safe, as all nations can contribute their best counter-terrorism agents to one organization, that will be made up of the most elite personnel available at fighting terrorism. The time has come to destroy terrorism once and for all!!

I know it's late, but......no. In order to get this so called suppost, you somewhat have to do what the UN says. This is more like paying for the food, at a high price no less.
