Contact: President Rix Wax, The Democratic Order of Rixtex

It is with deep regret that the UNSC Board of Directors announces the removal of Alrindor as Chairman of the Board and the vacancy of his seat on the Board.

Upon his election to the Board and as Chairman, Alrindor was given the keys to the offices of the nation of Sponsored By Texas, the founder of the UN Space Consortium region. The intent was that the Chairman would hold the founders position in the region and would hold regional control in trust.

Unfortunately, Alrindor , for whatever reason, chose not to fulfill his duties as Chairman. Sponsored By Texas ceased to exist today, and with it, regional control. Unable to regain control of SBT or the HQ, the Board of Directors has moved to a new region called UNSC Headquarters.

In addition, Alrindor never participated in the business of the UNSC, forfeiting any role, leadership or otherwise. All entreaties to take care of business were met with silence.

The Board will take up the selection process for a new Chairman soon.

Other personnel changes since the UNSC elections include:

The resignation of Tedmonton.

The election of Rixtex by the Board to the vacant seat.

The resignation of Watfordshire.

The appointments of Rixtex as Chief Executive Officer, Five Civilized Nations as Chief Financial Officer, Pablicosta as Chief Engineer, and Wetland as Chief Science Officer.

Other significant business includes the successful Initial Public Offering of UNSC stock. Sold were 15B shares at $25 each, raising capital of $375B.

The final design of the UNSC Lunar Base is nearing completion, as is a permanent headquarters for the UNSC.

Needless to say, it has been slow going since the passage of the UNSC resolution. Progress has been made in spite of these obstacles due to the dedication of a small group of directors who have refused to give up in the face of adversity. The success of the UNSC will be assured by much hard work and commitment.

Questions regarding this announcement may be posted in this forum and will be answered as soon as possible (provided the Forum server cooperates).

Unfortunately HotRodia, the IPO is closed. As soon as we get the settlement done, we will be listing on various exchanges and you should be able to buy some.
