I'm a bit confused! Actually a lot! Where can I found out about how the posting on these forums works? Like, what does "Sticky" refer to and how does that happen?

Also, more importantly, how do you get 'endorsed' as a UN Member so that you can post proposals?

I'm a bit vague on what you're asking here. Posting of itself is quite easy, as you've just found out by making this post. If you're after something more specific, then feel free to ask me by telegram.

A "Sticky" is a thread which is "stuck" to the front page of the forum because it's useful for everyone to read it for a particular reason - it clarifies rules, for example. Only Mods and Admin can make a thread Sticky, and we only do it where it's desperately important to do so.

Also, more importantly, how do you get 'endorsed' as a UN Member so that you can post proposals?
Easy. First you need to get another UN Member into your region. At that point, both nations will be able to endorse each other (the option will come up at the bottom of the country-viewing screen) - so you'll want your region-mate to endorse you.
Repeat the process (so you end up with 2 nations endorsing you) and you'll be able to post proposals.
