I would encourage all delegates to please go to the proposals page and search for the word "vote" and approve the resoultion entitled "Two-thirds of the Vote". It will become extremely beneficial to everyone, as you will see by reading it. The proposal states that a 2/3 majority vote is required to pass all resolutions from that point forward. This is an attempt to weed out some of the more "unworthy" resolutions from passing by a simple majority. This way, only the really, truly accepted resolutions will pass, and everyone will benefit more from them. PLEASE APPROVE!!! Thank you!

Enodia dealt with the other thread, and I assume every-one else has noticed it, other-wise, Enodia's advice to MHDrummers was to educate themself about writing proposals, and on the 2/3 thing being dreaded game mechanics too I think.

Maybe it should be entitled: OMG!!! LOOK HERE!!! BEFORE U MAKE A PROPOSAL!!!
