Marijuana should not necissarily be banned OR legalized.
Nobody should speak for the entire UN on this issue. Some want to legalize and some want to ban. Just as with prostitution, leave it up to the nations!
This is why everyone should vote for my "Nations Decide Drug Policy" proposal, so that everyone can retain their right of CHOICE!
