Delegates... this nation wonders what the best time to submit a new proposal is, so that it will get maximum exposure for support.

Also, which days get the most activity by members and delegates??

anytime. as long as you post your proposal here, people will comment on it. if you get no comments that means they probably don't like it and think it's a waste of time. (although you will get some posts say that if that's the case.)

I was refering to when to SUBMIT a proposal to the list of proposals under consideration (i just corrected the wording; it formerly said 'post')
