would it be possible to create a sticky thread where all Members and Delegates can discuss things that aren't proposals such as wether or not to send troops to countries at war or even decide wether or not a proposal will make it to the voting stage? If i am wrong and there is such a thread can i please be pointed to it.

It would be more reasonable to delete old or useless threads from time to time.

that makes sense also

i reckon a common thread for open IC discussion about global events would be helpful. plus deleting old and useless threads would be beneficial
as i've been using this site for about 5 days and i haven't quite got the hang of it because of the amount of threads

Hmmm, so far from what I've seen the stuff described is usually put into General. Or one of the other forums...

Also habit dictates the most current/important threads are on the first three pages of a forum, and it gets a bit dated at the 5 page.

thanks i didn't really know if there was as you'd expect stuff that is UN related to what i meant would be in the UN Forum but i haven't seen anything.

I suppose only a mod could make a definitive response to this idea.

It sounds like you're talking about a place where we are encouraged to roleplay beyond the drafting and voting on resolutions.

Joccia and I have exchanged words here before wrt a UN started international incident.
