I would encourage everyone to please look at my recent proposal entitled "Two-thirds of the Vote". Hopefully this proposal will help weed out some of the more ridiculous resolutions that have been passed recently. It says that a current UN Resolution must possess 2/3 of the overall vote to go into effect. All Delegates, please approve this proposal...it will help everyone. Thank you.

Actually, it isn't. If you'd take the the to look at some of the resolutions that have been passed in history, you will see that this clearly doesn't violate that rule. There have been resolutions passed about adding a proposal search button, changing the percent of votes required for a proposal to become a resolution, and limiting the number of proposals a nation can put forth in one week. All of the aforementioned items have become resolutions. Just because it falls under the category of "furthering democracy", doesn't make it illegal. Do your research.
