I'm against the World Blood Bank resolution. It seems pointless to me. It mentions that it would be similar to the Red Cross, but I think it sounds like it would be exactly the same. It would be a waste of time. If anyone else is against it, and would like to post their reasons why, please express them here. I think it would be interesting to see them.
