This resolution may look good at first, but in truth, it is ridiculous. Some individual nations cannot be expected to donate their blood and organs to a worldwide blood bank. This especially hurts smaller nations who don't have that much blood to spare in the first place. On the other side of the coin, some nations might argue that small nations will also be able to benefit from since everyone will contribute. But as it's so wonderfully put in the resolution, marrow donors are rare, and not very many people have compatible marrow types. So will there really be that much of a benefit from this resolution? The answer is no. It will do more harm than it will good. I urge everyone to vote AGAINST this resolution.
